Welcome to Digital Bharat Trade Solution. By accessing or using our website, services, or digital platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided by Digital Bharat Trade Solution, including but not limited to website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and complete digital marketing solutions.
Digital Bharat Trade Solution provides professional website development and online marketing services. Upon accepting a quotation, proposal, or invoice, the client acknowledges their agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
All services are delivered as per the specifications discussed in written proposals, quotations, or verbal agreements confirmed via email or other written communication.
Clients are required to pay either full advance or a 50–70% advance as agreed, and the remaining balance is payable at the time of hosting or final project delivery.
All payments must be made in favor of Digital Bharat Trade Solution.
Payment once made is non-refundable, except in cases of non-performance explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Any delay in payment may lead to a delay in project timelines or suspension of services.
Hosting services are provided complimentary where mentioned in the proposal.
We offer annual maintenance and renewal support for websites hosted under our plans.
Technical support covers bug fixes and regular updates within the contract period. Additional development or third-party issues may incur extra charges.
Web Hosting credentials are not shared to maintain the integrity and security of our web servers and technology.
All website, SEO, or promotional services are subject to yearly renewal based on mutually agreed terms.
If a client fails to renew the service within the renewal period, the website or promotional services may be paused or discontinued.
Digital Bharat Trade Solution shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including loss of profits or data.
Clients are provided complimentary web hosting (if included in the proposal).
The server and its environment remain the property of Digital Bharat Trade Solution. Clients do not own the hosting infrastructure or server access.
The CMS is a proprietary web application used for managing your website.
The CMS and its source code remain the intellectual property of Digital Bharat Trade Solution. Clients may use it only while their website is hosted on our servers.
Clients do not own the underlying database software (e.g., MySQL, PHP, etc.).
However, clients own the content/data entered into the website if it has been created by them or their team.
The source code and backend logic (including integrations, connectors, and functionality) are owned by Digital Bharat Trade Solution.
Clients are not entitled to the source code unless a separate “Work-for-Hire” agreement is signed and paid for in full.
Clients own the final HTML, CSS, and JavaScript output of their website upon project completion and full payment.
Clients own the visual elements, layout, graphics, and images that make up the final design, provided full payment has been made.
All text content written by or provided by the client remains the property of the client.
If content is written by Digital Bharat Trade Solution as part of a content-writing service, ownership is transferred upon final payment.
Clients own photographs only if they have been captured or supplied by them.
Stock photos or purchased assets remain subject to the original license agreements.
Clients who purchase a domain through Digital Bharat Trade Solution have exclusive right to use the domain, but not full legal ownership.
Control panel credentials for domains purchased by us are provided upon written request and after full payment clearance.
Clients legally own:
The HTML, CSS, and visual design of their website
Their text content, images, and videos they created or provided
Digital Bharat Trade Solution owns:
The CMS platform and source code
The database structure and backend technology
The web hosting infrastructure
At no point will the company share CMS, backend files, or MySQL databases to protect intellectual property and server security.
If Digital Bharat Trade Solution purchases the domain for the client, control panel credentials can be handed over only upon full and final settlement.
Once credentials are provided, the client assumes full responsibility for website structure, ranking, and functionality.
Clients are not permitted to install any third-party plugins or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Magento, Shopify) on our hosting servers.
Digital Bharat Trade Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
Violation of any Terms & Conditions
Non-payment or breach of contract
Hosting of illegal or unauthorized content
Digital Bharat Trade Solution reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutesacceptance of such changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Both the Member and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
